Founded in Las Vegas by Paul T. Faulkner and Bill Ainsworth, A.F. Construction built its reputation in the region's highly competitive gaming and hospitality market. Guided by a disciplined approach to management, operational efficiency, and client service, the company successfully completed projects for many of Las Vegas' most recognizable properties, laying the foundation for more than four decades of growth and success.

As Southern Nevada expanded, so did A.F. Construction. Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, the company broadened its expertise into public and institutional construction, delivering major projects that helped shape the community.
